Hotel Lodging

The Bariatric Summit has reserved a block of Oceanview Rooms at the Amelia Island Plantation at $185 per night plus applicable taxes and resort fees at the time of the event.

Please Note:

  • The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is August 15, 2008. Reservations requests received after this date will be accepted on a space available basis.
  • When reservations are made, a two-night deposit will be required to confirm the reservation. An individual's deposit is refundable to that individual if the Plantation receives notice of an individual's cancellation at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival.
  • No shows, late arrivals, and early departures will be assessed the total payment for the full length of stay as originally booked unless room is resold.

The Amelia Island Plantation is just a short 35-minute drive from downtown Jacksonville, and 29 miles from Jacksonville International Airport.
